"Put People first, the money will follow"

After 10 years in a managerial position with Northrop, Ed decided to broaden his horizons and obtain his real estate license.  In 1995 he began his real estate career and by 1997, was a full-time agent. With over 24 years in the real estate industry, Edward Luman's experience is second to none!  He obtained his Broker's license in 2006, is a proud member of the GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute) and he has received his SFR (Short sales and Foreclosure Resource) designation.  He has spent many years helping people avoid foreclosure, by expertly guiding them through the complexities of the"short sale" process.  He also has extensive experience with property management and he oversees a number of properties in the Antelope Valley. Edward and his wife Dianne are the owners/operators of EDL Properties, with offices located in both Kernville, CA. and Lancaster, CA.  Ed is the Broker of record at both offices.  You can go to his personal website edwardluman.com  to learn more about properties in the Antelope Valley area.
Ed is experienced in buying, selling, and leasing commercial property and is very knowledgeable with the commercial building process. He was hired by the owner of RE/MAX All Pro in Lancaster, to be the project manager on two new office buildings. From start to finish, Ed oversaw these projects and gained crucial experience in the commercial real estate industry.  He also learned about the delicate art of working with the city and county to gain permits and approvals.  Ed's experience with these projects, brings something extra to the table when negotiating for his clients.

On a local and state level, Ed has been very dedicated in trying to improve the real estate industry.  Ed was elected to serve in a number of positions on the board for the Greater Antelope Valley Association of Realtors (GAVAR) and served as their President in 2006. On the state level, he served as a Region 27 chair for CAR(California Association of Realtors) which included Antelope Valley, California City, Ridgecrest, and Mammoth.

Edward knows that by putting his philosophy, "put people first, the money will follow" into action, EDL Properties and it's agents will earn your business.
